Yoga gives me the space to be myself and to truly see myself. It also helps me shape my life in a way that feels right for me, without judgment. It offers me more time for myself — something that is incredibly important in today’s world.
From a young age, I have loved movement and creativity. It was through movement that I found my way to yoga. I deeply appreciate having discovered a place where there is no pressure to perform, where you don’t have to be better, bigger, or more successful — a place where simply being is enough.
In 2018, I completed my 200h Teacher Training at Airyoga with Stephen Thomas and Claire Dalloz. I then continued with the 160h Intensive Training at yogamoves with Manuela Peverelli, as well as the 300h Teacher Training with Maya Varenka Kovats at “Das Yoga Haus.”
I regularly continue my education and attend yoga retreats with different teachers.
I teach in German.
