Puje
I’m Puje, and I completed my 500-hour teacher training with Claire Dalloz and Stephen Thomas.
My passion for movement and the body was sparked when I took my first ballet class at the age of seven. Since then, I’ve never stopped moving or dancing — first ballet until I was 14, then six years of jazz and modern dance, followed by capoeira and Afro dance. Eventually, I discovered yoga — the perfect harmony of body, breath, and mind.
What fascinated me most about yoga was the quiet within the movement — a deeply calming and touching dance that doesn’t harm the body but brings healing. During my practice, time seemed to stand still, and I felt that yoga made me a better mother, a better partner (though my partner might be the better judge of that ;)), a better colleague, and a better human being — breath by breath.
I love sitting, expanding the breath, and turning inward — and I also love movement, strength, and the expansion of the physical body.
The discovery of a new world begins again in every moment. Just listen.
I teach in English and German.
