Mark
I’m Mark — yoga teacher, breath coach, and meditation teacher.
My roots lie in philosophy, Zen, the science of Qi Gong, and of course yoga, in which I completed a 900-hour advanced training in classical and modern Hatha Yoga, complemented by training in Tibetan Yantra Yoga.
In my classes, I combine mindfulness with physical postures and conscious breathing. The practice is calm, strong, and meditative — guiding you toward strength, balance, and inner clarity.
My intention is to support my students in cultivating awareness, self-knowledge, and inner peace — both on and off the mat.
I teach in English.
