Laura
I’m Laura — yogini, childhood educator, and lifelong learner.
I recently moved into a large community house (Hacienda José) in Dietikon. Living consciously in community is something very close to my heart.
I completed my traditional Hatha Yoga training at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas. During my travels through South America, I taught yoga and deepened my studies at the Vanadurga Ashram in Colombia. I also work part-time as a family support worker for foster families.
In my social work, I draw upon the same yogic values that guide me in all areas of my life. I love supporting both children and adults in their personal and spiritual development and walking part of their path with them.
Yoga has accompanied me for many years — it challenges me, calms me, strengthens me, and teaches me about life and far beyond.
For me, yoga means coming home, remembering my true essence, growing, and healing.
I teach in German and English.
