Jessica Singer
Yoga Teacher
My name is Jessy and I live in Winterthur. Yoga has been part of my life for over ten years. In the beginning, it was not a spiritual path but a response to stress and to a very performance-driven way of living. On the mat, I found space again to breathe, to feel, and to arrive back at myself.
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training on the paradisiacal island of Koh Samui in Thailand. There, my understanding of yoga deepened as a holistic practice that connects body, mind, and consciousness.
Alongside my main profession, I work as a yoga teacher, cacao facilitator, holistic breath coach, and life and health coach. People around me often describe me as a calming presence. I love how conscious breathing, mindful movement, and inner alignment help regulate the nervous system, creating the calm needed for further growth.
A period of silence gifted me a deep sense of inner peace, a feeling I had long searched for externally and ultimately found within myself. This experience flows quietly yet perceptibly into my teaching.
I love asana-based movement, and at the same time I am deeply fascinated by the power of slowing down: conscious stillness, gentle breathing, and listening inwardly. This quality of presence, depth, and calm is exactly what I wish to share with you.
I teach in English and German.
