Yoga teacher

I am Fiona, and I discovered yoga at a young age. My journey began with Hatha Yoga, and later I found my passion for Vinyasa Yoga. I love being creative with my flows and trying new things. Yoga helps me find a balance between my career as a primary school teacher and my personal life. Through breath, I can connect my mind with my body and find peace in the present moment.


The goal of my yoga classes is to support participants in developing a better awareness of their bodies through breath, experiencing both inner and outer transformations, and leaving each session with a sense of peace.
