Yoga teacher

I discovered yoga in my youth — as a way to find balance and connection. Since then, it has remained a steady companion in my life. As an architect and passionate runner, I believe in movement as a healing practice: caring for the body to nourish the mind.

In my classes — from dynamic Vinyasa flows to balanced Yin-Yang practices — I combine mindful movement, breath, and alignment with gentle hands-on assists that deepen body awareness. I create a safe and grounded space for exploration and growth, inviting my students to move with curiosity, strength, and compassion.
