Yoga teacher

I’m Coco, a yoga teacher specializing in breath-based Hatha Yoga and Sivananda Yoga. I previously worked in the fast-paced beverage industry in Vietnam and Singapore before turning to yoga in 2016 as a way to manage stress and recharge. After moving to Switzerland, I fully embraced my passion for yoga and transitioned into teaching.

In my classes, I emphasize slow, mindful movements that challenge students while sharpening their awareness of the breath. My structured approach includes pranayama (breathwork) and a chakra-focused yoga sequence that cultivates both strength and flexibility, creating a harmonious balance between body, breath, and mind.
