Yoga teacher

My relationship with yoga began around 2013 — first as a physical practice that gradually evolved into a daily anchor for wellbeing and mental clarity. In early 2024, I deepened my knowledge through a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, focused on Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa, complemented by additional training in Ayurveda. My lifelong curiosity is devoted to the interplay of body, mind, and spirituality.

Pranayama is an essential part of my teaching, as is adapting the asanas to the individual needs of each practitioner. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge — in the hope that it supports you in reaching a deeper state of health and inner peace.
