Yoga Teacher

Agata is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and somatic therapist. Her relationship with yoga began in 2020 as a quiet, personal meditation practice rooted in bodily sensations and deep listening. Yoga helped her balance her nervous system and deepen her awareness, leading to the knowing that true healing happens through the cooperation of body, mind, and spirit.

She teaches Hatha, Yin, and Nidra, combining movement, breath, and somatic exploration to support connection with deeper presence. Her approach invites awareness of sensation, curiosity, and a gentle return to the present moment.

She trusts the body’s natural ability to heal and believes in nervous system regulation through embodied awareness and regular practice.
