Our Firehorse Pass
Welcome to the Year of the Fire Horse
Since 17 February 2026, we’ve stepped into the Year of the Horse in the Chinese New Year calendar and 2026 is the Year of the Fire Horse, a rare cycle that comes around only every 60 years.
The Fire Horse stands for fresh beginnings, courage, movement, and the strength to truly walk new paths. Not alone, but held by community. That’s exactly what the Firehorse Pass is for.
2 Weeks of Yoga for CHF 120
A low threshold entry so you can feel how good Yoga in a Bag is for you. 2 weeks of yoga for CHF 111
During this time, you’re welcome to come as often as it feels good for you. You’ll immerse yourself in the practice, get to know our studios, and experience what our community feels like.
The Spirit
We step into this new time together.
We strengthen each other.
We share what nourishes us.
And we remember: healing isn’t something we have to do alone it’s something that grows when we connect.
Bring a Friend
Share the fire and your fire burns longer. Bring someone you love someone who could truly benefit and who also purchases a Firehorse Pass and is new to the studio..
As a thank you, we’ll gift you one extra week added to your pass.
This way, your entry becomes a shared journey and your pass becomes a movement.
Become a Firehorse Warrior
Strengthen your circle with heart, not pressure
You don’t have to convince anyone.
You simply invite.
You share something that’s genuinely good for you.
You become a Firehorse Warrior because you choose to pass the good on and have the courage to light that spark in others.

Ndeka Grünig
I’m Ndeka — mother, yoga teacher, and doula. Yoga has been part of my life since my teenage years and has shown me how valuable spaces are where we can come to rest, find strength, and meet ourselves anew. Through my work with women, children, and families, I have learned how important a mindful, supportive environment is in every stage of life.
With Yoga in a Bag Albisrieden, I want to create a place that brings all of this together: a space for families, children, and parents — and at the same time a place for people who seek movement, clarity, and inner strength in regular classes. Here, both our Family & Kids formats and our adult classes have their place and their own depth.
Yoga in a Bag Albisrieden stands for warmth, quality, and genuine community. Every class — whether for babies, children, parents, or adults — is meant to be a moment that supports, inspires, and brings you a little closer to yourself. My wish is to lead a studio that embraces diversity and welcomes people of all ages.
I teach in English and look forward to growing this special space together with our community.
