In this non-guided 45-minute Solo Journey, you’ll immerse yourself in a private group of maximum 8 students the healing power of a 30-minute Red Light exposure paired with a deeply soothing soundscape designed to calm your mind and rebalance your nervous system.
You’ll be gently supported as we set up your space with everything you need – from bolsters and blankets to eye masks and comfort props, so you can fully let go and drop into restoration mode.
