From this place of stability, we can feel supported, embodied, and connected to our own inner strength. Hatha & Somatic Regulation combines a powerful Hatha practice with Breathwork, pranayama, and somatic awareness. We strengthen the body, cultivate presence, and create the foundation for a clear and steady mind.
This practice may be challenging, yet deeply nourishing. It does not lead outward, but inward, into contact with what is present and what is ready to unfold.
There is nothing to prove and nothing to perform. You are welcome exactly as you are. Come as you are.
The class ends with sound and gentle integration, allowing you to soften, feel, and arrive back within yourself.
