Yoga in a Bag GmbH

1. Scope and Purpose
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers provided by Yoga in a Bag GmbH. “Participants” include all natural or legal persons who make use of, or register for, any services offered by Yoga in a Bag GmbH. By using any service, these Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted.

2. General Provisions
2.1 These Terms and Conditions become legally binding upon registration.
2.2 Any amendments are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

3. Services
Yoga in a Bag GmbH offers yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and nutrition counselling in Switzerland and abroad.

4. Prices & Payment Terms
4.1 The current prices are published on http://www.yogainabag.com

4.2 A booking becomes binding upon written confirmation via email.
4.3 Payment is due before the start of the service.

5. Conditions & Refund Policy

5.1 Trial Passes
Trial passes may be used once and are available only to individuals who have not previously attended regular classes.

5.2 Memberships & Class Passes
Memberships and class passes are personal, non-transferable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
In cases of illness, accident, or pregnancy, the pass may be paused upon submission of a medical certificate. In cases of work-related absence, written notice must be provided in advance.

5.3 Class Bookings
Class bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the start of the class. After this time, the full amount will be charged.

5.4 Retreats

Up to 2 months before the start: 25% cancellation fee
Up to 11 days before the start: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 11 days before the start: 100% of the price (no refund)
Missed retreat sessions will not be refunded.
A replacement participant may be submitted in writing via email.

5.5 Workshops
Workshops may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
A replacement participant may be submitted in writing.

5.6 Private Sessions
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance (via phone, email, or SMS). Later cancellations will be charged in full.

5.7 Changes
Changes to the class schedule or teaching staff may occur at any time. No claims for refunds may be made in such cases.

5.8 Course Cancellations by Yoga in a Bag
If a course must be cancelled due to insufficient registrations, participants will receive a full refund.

5.9 Discounts

20% discount for students and unemployed individuals (with valid ID or RAV confirmation)
30% discount with valid KulturLegi
Discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

6. Participation Requirements & Personal Responsibility
Normal mental and physical health is required for participation.
Any health conditions or pregnancy must be disclosed in writing before participation.

7. Liability
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
No liability is accepted for undisclosed health conditions or for personal belongings.
Participants are responsible for securing their own adequate insurance coverage.

8. Place of Performance, Jurisdiction & Governing Law
The place of performance is Zurich.
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
Oral side agreements are not valid. Amendments must be made in writing.

9. Data Protection
Personal data is treated confidentially and shared only with staff or business partners for internal organisational purposes. Further details can be found in the Privacy Policy.

10. Photo Usage
Yoga in a Bag GmbH may use photos taken during events for its website and social media channels. Participants may request the removal of images. No further claims may be made.

11. Copyright
All content is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or imitation is prohibited and may result in legal action.
